I came across a blog entry which was posted on Sept 25, 2008. The lady has a picture of the cover of Chatelaine magazine which has Michael on the cover. The article about him is titled "Single, reborn and totally unbuttoned".

I got the impression from her blog that it's the latest edition of the magazine. I've been to the Chatelaine website and can't find anything on Michael on it.

Can any of our Canadian friends help me out and let us all know what the article says?

I had a look at the website for that magazine and you can request a copy of a magazine, but you have to live in either USA or Canada. Sheesh... anyone want to volunteer?

What I don't get is that the way the blog was written was as if the Michael edition of the mag was the latest one. But when you look at the website the October edition is completely different. The Michael edition does say "First Annual Issue" so I don't know if it's a special edition of the mag or not. We need some Canadian help!!!

I am fortunate to recieve this magazine, so when I came home tonight and removed my other piece of mail up off from the magazine, I let out a loud screech in excitment..enough of a holler my bf came running to me in concern. I immediately read the article--which is brilliant and witty. Mark my words, the pictures are great too, even with the scruff!

As I know this would be a great addition to many fans Bublé collection, I'd be more than willing to help anyone out in recieving a copy of the magazine. I would need the funds for the magazine and shipping--but I'm here if anyone's interested. (And rather than ordering online, I'd just get it from the store.)

Ok, I just scrolled my finger off. When I read "unbuttoned", I scrolled this page, like a maniac. "Michael, unbuttoned, un-but-toned!!!" *Scroll, scroll, scroll* Bit of smoke coming from my mouse.

Though, the picture makes up for it, that picture is amazing! I don't want to know how great he looks when he's 40. He keeps on gettin hotter and hotter!

I called today for the magazine. It is the November issue and the cost is $12. The number is 866-301-4414. I had no trouble ordering.

I just tried to order, but they said it's not available for backorder until Wednesday. Meaning they can't place any "back order" orders until Wednesday. What?

I just called again and if you're living in CA like me, you have to pay a total of $17 for a copy of the current issue...i wish the shipping fee wasn't so expensive!...the mag is $5 and the shipping fee is $12...how i wish it was sold here in the U.S....that bites...

When I bought Hello a few months ago with Michael in it, it was $3.99 and $12 for the postage ouch!

I just got home and the magazine isn't available in stores until Tuesday, that and I don't know what the magazine will actually cost as my subscription issues don't have a price on them. :/

Will update with everyone once I have actual figures. And if anyone who has emailed me for an issue and is going the direct route of calling the company to get an issue, please just let me know. I don't want to end up with spare copies.

Just been reading about this magazine article over on the BB board
and some of the girls have posted qoutes from the interview and poor Michael
sounds a bit down and depressed after the break up with Emily. It makes me sad to think
he is unhappy at the moment. Hopefully the upcoming tours in USA and S. America will
cheer him up a bit,he seems his happiest when he is performing in concert to his fans.
All you girls going to the upcoming concerts be sure to let him know how much we all love him !

I wonder if we can contact the photograper who took THAT picture and purchase one from him....does he own it? or does the magazine? I imagine after getting a copy we can Google him/her and see about it. Someone needs to get that picture into a poster. Whoever is in charge of marketing....listen this is a sure fire money maker!

Just a thought here...I really wanted to read this cause I had heard snipbits of it...am truly proud of Michael at this moment, although to some he seems sad at moments, thats only natural...but in whole I see a great big ray of sunshine here. Quite an interesting insight. Fame isn't all it's cracked up to be and sometimes all the struggle to attain ones goals doesn't quite measure up to what we thought it would be.

Kind of goes back to my Happiness thread. I can choose each day to get out of bed, put my two feet on the floor and thank God, I'm moving and be HAPPY. It doesn't magically happen..... It's a choice and the biggest thing I get a kick out of is bringing a smile, laugh, or just to brighten someone else's day. Doesn't get better. I suppose it's a bit like being on stage. You see you joy you can bring people. Very important in life. Great lesson on why we're here.
