If Rodney Dangerfield transformed into a handsome Italian man with great hair and gorgeous eyes, then yes, Tommaso looks like him.

Okay, I've seen pictures of Tommaso and I can vouch for Jennie Sheryl, Keren and Diana...he does NOT look like Rodney Dangerfield!

Thank you Lisha!! I am so glad you exactly got the meaning of my website....to have more people aware of Foster's musical magic and help spread the word about the many treasures of his discography (hidden or well known).
I always had the habit to read the cd liner notes and that's how i found Foster and his amazing talent, it was a long time ago and what an amazing ride it's been and still is....and the great thing is that he's still going strong, just look at Bublè and now i'm anxiously waiting for his forthcoming collaboration with Eric Benet. Da Man always has great music for the world to listen to...he really makes us fans very proud of him and his incredible achievements.
Oh, the addy for the site is: http://maski.org/FozFan/
Take care, Tommaso.
p.s. a big thank you to Manon for her great work on the website.

I was feeling a tad creative again last week and decided to experiment with another drawing of David. I used some different media--black and white colored pencils and black and white acrylic paint on watercolor paper, and I came up with this: New Foster Portrait
As much as I wished I could have done better than my first one, I still had fun staring at that man's face again and trying to get a decent likeness of him. (That's not easy to do, either!)

For those of you who have never seen Ellen's FIRST drawing of David Foster in colored pencil, just click here.

The first time I saw this drawing, I stopped in my tracks and began to drool! It is like "OH MY GOSH!" And, YES, he DOES look this good in person. Have to also tell you that David Foster himself said he owed Ellen for making him look THIS GOOD! She captured him perfectly.

Hey, thanks, Sheryl!! And I didn't "make him look more attractive" than he is (he told me that, too); I just enhanced his best features a little bit.

Oh man Ellen...

I think you captured him perfectly. And, you get drawn into those eyes, don't you... And the hair... and the impish grin....

Gotta go find a towel now... maybe take a cold shower... hee

while sheryl takes her cold shower (she definitely needs one...lol) let me remind you our little website where you can listen to some of David's creations...there are almost 40 songs there...a good showcase of his talent, check it out at:
http://maski.org/FozFan/
and don't forget to sign the guestbook...we love to hear from you and especially receive suggestions to make the page always more enjoyable for you all.
Last thing, yes, Ellen IS an amazing talented woman.
Have a good day!
Tommaso.

Okay, okay. Ellen is just the coolest. Tommaso has an awsome Foster site.

But I'm really curious now- is there a picture of Tommaso somewhere for those who haven't had the pleasure to see what everyone else is ooh-ing about? We've got pictures of David and Michael- but no Tommaso!

I gotta admit that reading this thread six years later has been a fun ride down the memory lane...so many nice human beings who were just discovering Bublè's talent.
Oh..my Foster page is still up and running...only now we have about 320 songs on there...always a nice way to make some Foster homeworks.
I just posted about a tribute to Foz cd that i helped a few friends organize. It includes wonderful covers of many great Foster classics and David has been so kind to partecipate to it playing piano for us.

Until I discovered Michael Buble's music I never really knew who David Foster was.

Now that I know, he is truly an amazing person. So funny and giving!

Excellent! It would be real easy to identify you because of your display name.
Just another fact for you....David Foster is also a British Columbian!!

On April 23, 2009 the late, great George Harrison received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. It was accepted by George's widow Olivia and son Dhani. A lot of celebs were there to honor George. The speeches were by Tom Hanks and Monty Python's Eric Idle and LA City Councilman Tom LaBonge. Other guests included Consuls from the British and Bangla Desh governments, Rita Wilson, Anoushka Shankar, Jim Keltner, and 2 of the Traveling Wilburys, Tom Petty and Jeff Lynne. The media has mostly written about the fact that Sir Paul McCartney was there. I haven't seen any mention of the fact that David Foster was also there. Like everyone other than the family and Tom and Eric, he didn't speak. He was just there to honor George and lend support to the family. I did take a bunch of pics and they're on my website, but David was way in the back and it was sooo crowded, so I didn't get any pics of David. However, I was really happy that he took the time to be there for this.

Vegi, thanks for sharing this with us. I enjoyed seeing your pics. That is a wonderful site you got there.
So lucky that you get to see lots of these events happening in Hollywood. I was down there during
March. There weren't any special events during the day I visited but I had a great time walking down
the Walk of Fame.

Thanks Allen. Yes, SoCal has a lot going on all the time. I'm lucky to get to go to some of it. Wish I could shoot everything I go to. It was really wonderful to go to this; George Harrison was a good and great man. I'm glad David Foster went to the ceremony. I hope that when you were on my site, you checked out the pics of Stanley Park and the pics of Michael. I've got a lot of pics in the archives that I've taken of Michael that aren't on the site cos they are on actual FILM, not digital, but eventually I hope to get those uploaded too. So keep on watching the site. :D
