Michael calls his concerts "party's" and he encourages fans to get up and dance, so if space allow's why not, Michael just wants everyone to have a fantastic night, i'm sure you will have a great time

Hi all!! We are BIG fans (as are all of us, eh?) Anyway, in June, 5 days after our honeymoon, we are going to his Des Moines concert and were wondering if people can swing dance if they have floor tickets? We are taking Ballroom dance classes and they are fantastic to dance to all his songs... give it a try! Both of us are having a blast!
Thanks,Gwen
Floor seats are still assigned seating. (Don't think Michael has done a general admission concert in years.) You need space for swing dancing and there hasn't been a place reserved or available for dancing in the past. You definitely won't have room at your seats to swing dance and security isn't likely to allow you to use the aisles for that. Near the end of the show, people are sometimes allowed to come up front and "dance" but that's not swing dancing; people are packed in like sardines to get as close to MB as possible.

If anyone bothers you because you are dancing just ingore them. Chances are you will never see that person again. Anyways, perhaps Micheal sees you dancing and get a kick out of it
Thanks for your input! We'll Rumba (the dance of love) all we can as that is the main beat of his music!! Some Swing too tho Thanks !!

i have to agree with Vegi. At the end of the show most people run to the stage to get closer to Michael.
The only kind of dance they do is to get closer.
