Hi All,

I was priviledged to have won tickets to the MB showcase last friday.
It was awesome! only about 80 - 100 people.

SOPHIE, thank you sooo much for sharing your video with us
and telling about your experience being on the Radio 2
mini concert in Amsterdam. That was wonderful. Oh yes,
I'm beginning to realize that "Georgia" is becoming my
favorite song on the album. The way he performs it is
superb! I really appreciate seeing your vid of it.
I do love ALL the songs and performances on the album,
too.

By the way, I'm curious what your question was but I guess
I shouldn't be so nosy. Anyway, you said you can't remember
the answer--and I can understand why--being able to ask him
face to face.

thanks for your sweet comments.
I wasn't able to come and check up on it earlier as I've been knocked down by the flu. Today's the first day I feel a little bit better.

And not worry Jo, you are not being nosy at all, I just didn't realise I forgot to write down the question for you :-)

My question to Michael:

'Michael, you have this gorgeous girlfriend who didn't speak any English when you first met. Now, I know that the language of love is universal, but how do you guys communicate?'

the other question that also won but wasn't picked from the bucket was:
'Sometimes you hear that certain artists demand a bowl with only blue M&M's in their dressing room. What's the most outrageous request on your hospitality rider?'

I heard that the show will be aired on Radio 2 on friday November 13, at 19:00, so I'll be able to hear his reply :-)

i heard in an interview that he had arranged a language coach for her to learn english, but i don't know if that's true

just hope no one will be offended by it ;-)

He started singing Home right after answering the questions from the fans.
So he had an extra microphone. instead of putting it down like probably anybody else would have done, he decided to put it down his pants, while he was sitting down on the barstool. But I mean he put it there like he had this giant... you know what... and when he started singing he was stroking it and making these arroused faces at the audience. All of a sudden the mic falls down his pants. ok, clearly not the intention because he was starting to giggle.

Then he got up and put his hand down his pants... We are all looking at him like... WHAT ARE YOU DOING??? when all of a sudden he pulls out the mic's foam cover (sorry, I don't know the word in english) out of his pants. At this point EVERYBODY was nearly peeing their pants. sooooooo funny! Obviously he thought so too because he couldn't hold down a chuckle. and that's what you are hearing on the recording.

I added a picture taken with the mic down his pants. I hope it's clear enough fo you to see, so you'll have a better idea ;-)





For the record, I didn't take these pictures... I even think in the first one, he is actually talking to me. replying to my question. (still very sureal)

MICHAELS SENSE OF HUMOUR CRACKS ME UP EVERY TIME , WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SEEN HIM DO THE MICROPHONE THING ! LOL !
I WAS AT THE BBC RADIO 2 CONCERT HE DID IN LONDON AND WHEN HE SANG '' THE WAY YOU LOOK TONIGHT ''HE WAS SINGING TO A BAG OF CRISPS AND PULLING FACES AND ON THE BROADCAST YOU CAN HEAR US LAUGHING AS HE IS SINGING THE SONG SO PEOPLE AT HOME LISTENING TO THE BROADCAST WERE PROBABLY WONDERING WHY WE WERE LAUGHING TOO !
