I have been an admirer of Michael since his first single.
My dad used to play the songs Michael sings on the piano, so it brings back lots of memories... Luckily my dad never sang the songs...!
Tomorrow I'm going to do my best to get tickets for the concert in may, cross my fingers that I will succeed...

Thanks for the warm welcome! Maybe they can spare some tickets for us tomorrow morning??? I just heard that they've put a advertisement in a big newspaper in Holland so we won't be the only ones...
I've seen Michael in de HMH, it was just great, when he sang without microphone... I doubt he will do something like that in Arnhem?

Michael always finishes a show with Song For You, so you'll atleast be hearing the song, with or without mic!
I was also at the HMH show btw. Those were some good times. Gelredome is massive, not really digging it, but ah well.

Yes, I'm afraid of that too... that the Gelredome is so much bigger than the HMH... but on the other hand, I just want to see him, and I do have great tickets...
The rest of the family is fighting over the other ticket, one thing is for sure, 1 ticket is for me!
Do you already have tickets, or is that a stupid question?

Welcome to the board, do you have good tickets?
I like the HMH better too, it's not so far from where i live and more intimate
But the boy is really famous now
anyway, wish you a lot of fun already ! still 6 months to wait

I live in IJsselstein, near Utrecht, so Amsterdam is closer for me too, but Arnhem will do just fine, that's not the problem. I don't remember where, but somewhere here on the forum I read that someone was afraid of all the women who were shouting and screaming while Michael is singing...
And I'm afraid of that too! In the HMH it is so intimate, you feel everybody is there for him, but in the Gelredome, I'm afraid that some women will loose control and let go... And I want to hear him, not them...!
I got the tickets for my birthday (may 24th), and yes, I think I have great tickets, row 10...
What about you, can we wave at each other???

I've noticed the Dutch fans are usually quite laidback during the shows. Though you will ALWAYS have people who go crazy. And it's getting worse in Holland, since he's so popular now. Last time at the Ahoy show, there were screaming fans blocking the back entrance. Michael had to RUN outside through a different stagedoor, to get to his tourbus. So, yes, I hope those type of fans will shut up during the show

We can make up a code... everyone here who is also going to the concert is going to be quiet during the songs, and screaming their lungs out when he's finished... shouldn't be too hard, would it???
The concert in the HMH was on november 20th 2005, gosh, it's a long time ago that I saw him...

I had no idea that he has performed here twice. I still regret that i haven't been to Ahoy, so I was desperate to get tickets this time, and I have. It is going to be great!
