yet and probably they were the same as mine. I plan to read them now.
I love the new format now. It took me a few times to get used to it, but each
day it gets easier.
The photos of MICHAEL and the colors are GREAT. AND all the information there
is so easy to find on the website! A person could take many hours viewing it
and getting up-to-date information or history very easily. There are so many
features that I appreciate but won't go into now. I think it's a very classy website!
Thanks again for this thread.
Take care,
Jo
PS -- Oh yes, I'm not sure if there is a way to make the screen smaller without
moving it back and forth constantly. I agree with ALLEN.

You know how I feel,
The more I see you the more I want you.
You're lovely with your smile so warm.
And you play it coy but it's kinda cute.
Cause we'll get lost
On earth together.
I just wana go home <3

subject on the website NEWS thread that this new format would be coming.
I know there's a lot to read on the site--and I think many of us missed
it, so we were a bit surprised.
Please take care everyone and ENJOY!

question. I wonder if anyone knows the answer. I was trying to
look back at some of my early posts and it has only 200 listed--
ending in April. My profile says I have done 2,672 posts. My
question is: will this be permanent, and will we not be able to
quickly find our old posts of a certain date? I hope that this
is not being too self-centered. Thanks for listening. I wonder
if any of you feel the same. Just curious. I'm sure I can live
without it if necessary. The present is more important than the
past--although they do tie together.
Take care all!

to get the answer to my last question. I really appreciate it!!!
He said that it appears that the storage of our messages had to
be limited to 200 due to the number of members now and that long
post storage would overload the server. I can certainly understand
that but I just wanted to be sure.
Thanks again, Bobby D..
Take care all and enjoy!

ok so now i have the boost to the top button, and it is all the way at the bottom--so i can either scrool down or jsut scroll up past posts
on th old site, each post had the 'top" button on the right corner, so ididnt matter wheer u were in the thread u could quickly get back to the top
right now this is a nusiance for me, along w the extra wide view--I am on an 8" screen net book--it makes this site almost imppossible to enjoy with all the scrolling i do..
dont mean to complain, but the old site was much easier for those 2 functions

Hello Jo,
I think I have an answer to your question. Since there are more members
and posts than there is before, some forums would choose to show only
the most recent 100 or 200 posts. That's why when you clicked on "All
posts by Jo" you would only get the most recent 200 posts. I happened
to be on another forum that only shows 100 posts and I believe this
saves some space on the sever and improves the speed of it as well.
Take care,
Allen

Hello botts,
I couldn't agree more. The extra wide view doesn't work for my screen too. I know that
it's a trend these days to have wide-screen monitors.
Also...all the quoting doesn't work. The text doesn't show up in the white
background...that's because the defaut setting for the font colour is
set to white...
Here's an example:

Change font colour to red:

Please send this info to the IT tech for the forums. Thanks.

Thanks for responding to my post! At the time I inquired, I
was pretty sure that was the answer but I was checking just
in case. I most certainly can understand why it's necessary.
I'm glad that I printed a lot of them and responses. I also
kept a diary of them (I know this sounds very obsessive.)
As you see in my latest post, BOBBY D. also told me the same
as you said. I'm glad that they're doing what is necessary
at this time.
Take care,
Jo

Good to hear that you kept a diary for your's and
other's posts. Keep in mind that you can still
look back to the older posts by skipping to some
earlier pages of the thread. That way, you
are still able to know what you have in the threads.
The only thing that is different, is that you can
no longer search through the "Find All Posts By Me"
feature. That's All
Take care,
Allen

in the past. My brain, I think, isn't functioning properly recently.
I guess I just assumed that it would be gone there, too, like the other
place. I'm going to try harder to keep my wits about me so I won't ask
stupid questions in the future.
We really appreciate you!

On the left hand side..below my avatar, it says
that i have 1889 posts so far. However, if I view
my profile, it says I only have 1681 active posts?
Anyone noticed a difference?
What is the difference between an active post and an inactive post?

Mine has the two different numbers also. Your difference
as of now is 215 and my difference is 165. You're very
observant. As you might guess, I'm not the one who knows
the answer. I'm sure someone knows.

i think you need to chg the color before posting to black--- if you highlight a blank box - you will see the quote......lets try it???
i changed the color to just black now.....
ok
great
if not - the letters are in white and thats why you can't see them in the box
I have just been informed by WBR that they have fixed the "reply quote" colour...thanks to the techs at WBR!

I wanted to belatedly let you know how great looking the updated
Buble board is! It's almost as gorgeous and attractive as MB
himself!!!
I too am having some issues with changing my signature and
formatting replies but I know you will work these out.
I know how much work goes into something like this and
I also know that you do it mostly because you are the
greatest, so - THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU

on this board. You were so masterful with the "old" board
I just assumed.
Feel free to remove this topic, if you like. How can I
email you, when needed?
