I have been a Buble' fan for years now and I am getting quite disappointed that there is only really one good concert DVD out there of him which is Caught In The Act. With the addition of HD video and audio, Im sure there are a millions of us that would love to sit and watch another entire concert of his over and over again. Isn't someone pushing this issue? Don't others have the same desires? Why isn't it happening. I have many family members who love to watch the very good produced concerts on dvd alone or when friends come over. People who didn't even know who Michael was have become fans after watching that concert at my house. Not everyone can afford or gets the opportunity to see him live, so the DVD's would entertain and give us the next best thing to being there. The newer Madison Sguare Garden DVD has mixed reviews from Buble fans and a chopped up DVD with 7-10 songs don't do it for me.
When is his Manager and Producers of these Concerts going to wake up and realize that the fans want to see more of these live recorded concerts? Caught in the Act was five years ago, we need something newer with the same appeal. Come on Michael, give us something better.!

Michael was on "Chelsey Lately" the other night, and he said something about how he thought producing just another concert DVD was boring and found a behind the scenes kind of thing to be more interesting. So I think it has something to do with his personal preference. I don't think he's necessarily trying to rip off the fans, though. He probably figures that with thousands of people coming to see his shows, he might as well produce something that's different from what you see when you actually go to a concert. The problem is that everyone has a different preference in terms of what they would like to see produced. Some people would prefer to re-watch the concert in its entirety, and some would prefer to see more of a documentary because it's something different. You can't please everyone, so ultimately it should be up to Michael and his team to decide what they want to do concerning things of this nature. What they think is "better" is not always going to be what other people think is "better" simply because of a difference of opinion.

Adding another concert DVD would be boring? If you look at any site that sells his Caught In The Act DVD concert, you would see it as the highest rated dvd concert of any he has out there! That type of concert is what I want to see. Surely you can have Bonus footage of behind the scene stuff and documentary info that will be fun to watch a time or two, but the performance in itself is the best and what I think most of his fans want to see. Look at Amazon.com on the reviews of the MSG concert. Almost everyone is somewhat disappointed with it!

I can understand where you're coming from and I know that there were some disappointments as far as the content of the DVD goes. But ultimately, the people in charge of producing the material are going to put out what they like. What is exciting and interesting to one person may be boring to someone else. That's just how things are, and that goes for anything. There are lots of fans out there who would love a concert DVD (I would love to be able to sit down and watch the whole concert again), but if it's not what the producers envision for whatever reasons, then it's not going to happen that way. Perhaps they will take some of the fans' reviews into consideration when producing material from the next tour, but I doubt they will decide to release a full concert DVD from the "Call Me Irresponsible" tour since this DVD has already been released.

What I was getting at is that I don't think the decision to make a documentary as opposed to a full concert DVD necessarily means that Michael or anyone else involved was intentionally trying to get out of producing a quality product. If the people involved sincerely thought they were producing something different and interesting, then it's a matter of opinion and no matter what someone's personal opinion is, there will always be someone (or several people) who disagree with it. (The way in which these things are marketed, however, is a whole other issue, but shouldn't be reflected on Michael personally as I doubt he has much control over how the products with his name on them are specifically advertised.)

I THINK THE MSG DVD IS GREAT

I THINK IT'S BETTER THAN CAUGHT IN THE ACT THE REASON BEING IS THAT MSG REMINDS ME SO MUCH OF WHEN I SAW MICHAEL AT THE 02 AND WATCHING THAT TAKES ME BACK TO THAT FANTASTIC NIGHT

Yes you need a license. See http://www.pdinfo.com/faq.htm

I guess you would contact the publisher of the DVD about getting a license. Search for royalty free music/DVD on google to find music that doesn't need a license (I don't know if it's cheaper then getting a license, I would think so, and it's certainly less hassle)

It would have to be either LOVE ME TENDER, or CAN'T HELP FALLING IN LOVE WITH YOU.

"Teddy Bear" would be a cute song for him to sing too ;)

I'm 100% sure I have a version of Michael singing Can't help falling in love, I just don't remember which album/
I agree with the starter of this topic.
Michael, please don't make the same mistakes my other idols (Pink Floyd, Genesis, Dire Straits,...) made, make sure enough full concerts and DVD's are filmed and released while you are in your prime. I could do with a few more official full live concerts on DVD, 1 from each tour for example, I would buy them all. But pls make it full concerts. A documentary as a bonus is always nice, but look at the Genesis Video box set to be released in September, most concerts, like the amazing Three Sides Live have small annoying interview cuts between them, and while many of us Genesis fans were hoping for a full release of the concert, it will still be the same version with the interviews that will be re-released). Pls don't get me wrong ppl, I love to watch documentaries about tours, but I have always felt they should be included as a bonus on the full concert DVD's. Please...
Anyway, the final decision is not up to me, thank God, I just needed to vent a little...
Whatever Michael chooses to release, I will buy it. But, the more, the better...
I am also surprised that there aren't any other TV appearances available as DVD.
All my favourite bands have torrent trackers set up where you can download unofficial (either DVD, or audio, audience or soundboard recordings) stuff, it surprises me MB doesn't have this. Mods feel free to edit the post if I wrote something that's against the rules.

this is an official website and board run by Michael's record label. There's no way they'd have an area for downloading illegal boots.

I'm not talking about illegal stuff here.
Just things that anyone can record off the radio or television and share freely, no money making involved.
