Michael just told John Shorthouse on Team 1040 during the Canucks game that he won't be touring until February!!!!!! I have to assume he means NEXT February!!! This must be a joke!! Pleeeeeez tell me it's a joke! Excuse me while I go have a nervous breakdown now! :o

Yeah I expected as much. I mean if his new album is coming out in September I didn't expect him to start touring again until late 09 early 2010. That's fine by me because it gives me more time to save my money. I want to go to see him on tour in the US!!

I was a bit "WHAT???? You have got to be freaking kidding me!!??!! A whole year??????" :angry: And then I thought about this whole huge UK (And poss USA) road trip me and Claire have planned so I am quite willing to wait. Gives me more time to save, the hotel in Ireland (should he visit there) alone would have meant re-mortgaging the house! :blink: So you take your time Michael but be warned...the longer you leave it the more money I will have saved and the more likely it will be that I will be stalking you in your...sorry....STAYING at your hotel ;)

Before the MSG concert (or perhaps the concert before that!) one of the girls over on BB was talking to Alan Chang....he also said they wouldn't be touring until 2010!

Hey Nancy!! Its good news...we will be saving and saving until the next tour. We have time on our hands to prepare for the trip. We have and I really mean...HAVE...to keep in touch cause we must get together. I can just picture it in my mind...one Boricua, another friend out of the post dramatic melt down (Becky) and one hell of an Australian posse!! and you must meet the rest of my posse...great people and great fans...plus they are a bit crazy just like I am. They unleashed a monster, me!!, care to join?

One whole year...but it will be worth waiting for!

I think that sounds good...Michael and all the guys need to rest up and a year to live their life in one place. And by 2010 Michael should be re-charged and missing us so much he'll make it his best tour ever!

I totally agree,I was telling a friend just days ago... I expected it, and even if I'd love to see a show now... He needs to take all the time for the new record, and after that, to prepare the new tour. He's been touring so long!!!

His album is coming out in september ( isnt it? ) so it makes sense that he doesnt start touring untill early 2010!!
but it will be worth the wait, BIG TIME!!! just gotta start saving those pennies!! haha :lol:
Michael and his gang need a well deserved rest...Charge those batteries Mickey boy! :P

Hope he comes to Ireland again.... :o

Well I think if we have to wait a year that is nothing. Like I've said before, us Aussies had to wait almost 3 years (2005-2008) to get Michael back down here on tour! So 1 year will be like a piece of cake :)

I believe that last I heard the album will probably dropping in November...in time for the Christmas season...although I know that most of us won't wait. Although he did say 6-7 months to Shorty. And that would be August/September...

And I am sure that Mike won't forget his Irish fans!

lol...I actually am going to be going to Vancouver in August, I think. Not to stalk MB or anything...at least that isn't the current plan. Maybe I'll visit the Sea wall...and that theater that was in one of those CTV interviews...the one with a picture of Michael in a sailor suit. :P

Really good point!!... ;) At least this way the guys get some stability...it was a hell of a tour last time, so doubt they will plan anything less again....can not wait though as was late discovering the vibe and only went to the one concert before the tour ended..Would like to try for two or three next time...but who knows where we'll all be by 2010!!! :blink:

Oh well the time flies by each year...will know soon enough!
