Musical Instruments?

Quick question,
Is there anybody out there who plays a musical instrument(s)? If so, how many, and which is your favourite?
I'll start:
Clarinet, Piccollo, Flute, and soon to be Cello (my mom graciously decided to buy me a cheap beginner one for Christmas)
My favourite would have to be the Clarinet.
Hugs,,

Hello!
Very interesting!
In childhood, I learned playing guitar and now I'm learning playing keyboard and piano. I also have a flute and sarangi,
but I didn't find any teacher and books for sarangi, so it has to wait.
I love to play instruments - I love to collect them.
Did you even try to play a song from Michael?
I've no notes. But I can play "My Way" from Sinatra on Keyboard.
With guitar I tried "moondance", but I've not a voice like Michael to sing this song.
Have a nice week!

I played...
Piano
Violin
Flute (even though I'm a guy...)
But too bad that I'm not musically talented.
I am currently not playing anything.
Overall, I think violin would be my favourite,
it gives me a special feeling...one that is hard to explain.

I think that having played 3 instruments proves you have talent. I've seen plenty of guys play the flute, doesn't matter who plays it.
hope all is well,,

I play the Clarinet and the organ (we had one growing up so I taught myself from books...never had any lessons and I'm rusty but it counts I guess)
I have always wanted to play the piano! That is the next instrument that I want to learn.
P.S. - Guy's who are secure can play anything they want!

I've played the clarinet since Grade 7. So that would be...10 years now
Do you still play?

Why did you stop? Decide to take up a new instrument? I stopped for a bit in High School because I dropped out of band
I had had the BEST music instructor in Junior High and loved band class so much. Our band was awesome! We won awards and trips and things. Then I got into High School and the Music instructor sucked! The band in High School was atrocious and I couldn't stand being a part of something that mangled music like that!
It funny because the three Junior Highs that fed into my Senior High all had good music programs and good bands so I know that all these students were capable of playing well but the conductor just couldn't pull us together.
I felt bad after a while though since my parents had bought an instrument for me. Now I play with the church band so that keeps me from being too rusty.

Last year I just lost interest in playing I guess, but I've started up again this year. I hear you, my High School band is absolutely ridiculous, there are only a few people (including myself) that actually enjoy playing the music and hope to someday take it further. My instructor is from my Middle School years as well, he's not too horrible but it could always be improved =]
That's great that you've found a good place to still play.
Hugs,,

I play piano and guitar.
Have been doing so for several years now, and love it.
