I love the photos, please post more,,,,if you can.
I hope I can get to Vancouver one day, maybe next year.
Hopefully I will be coming over to the U.S this time in 2010, if the flights are reasonable from the U.S maybe I
can visit.
What are the best places to shop in Vancouver...

I hope that flights are too expensive from Australia! Well, the Robson Square District
would be the best place to shop around, including all brand name fashion.
If you really want to see the most expensive fashion around here, try Holt Renfrew (a department store)
in Pacific Centre. A Gucci handbag can cost you thousands of dollars!!
If you just want to have fun at malls..try Metrotown in Burnaby. It is the largest shopping mall
in BC and second largest in Canada I believe.
Got any more questions, just ask!
Best wishes,
Allen

Do you know of any good seafood restaurants? I can imagine there are plenty.
Also, what is the best way to get to UBC Thunderbird Arena? Bus, or cab, or ? I'm sure we will be staying downtown.
Thanks for all your help!

For restaurant suggestions, I do not know what level you want. There are many different kinds and, in
my opinion, the best way to find one is to pick up the local guide at the information centre. There is one
across Canada Place, one in the arrivals area of the airport and one on Robson Sq. I believe it's called
the "City Guide" where you can find all sorts of attractions, dinning choices, clubs, parks..etc.
Are you attending some event there? The best way, if you have a group of people, is to go by car. Of course,
car rentals are expensive so you might want to take the bus. Just ask at the tourist info. centre and they
will be happy to help you. Remember to follow the timetable because buses here are on time.
Again, if you have any questions, just throw them out.
Take care and enjoy your trip.
