I joined Bungalow B in February 2008 as a premium member and have YET to get anything for my membership fees except emails asking me to renew early!

I know it's run seperately from this forum but I was just wondering if it took anyone else 9 months to get a tshirt, CD, pin, whatever it was they were offering back then (now I notice there's a bag offered....)

I've asked and asked at the contact emails for the B-B site and all I get are excuses. I joined at the premium level to get the "swag" - if I didn't want it I would have joined at a lower level. At this point there's no reason for me to ever renew, since they just promised me things, took my money and NEVER delivered a thing!

I still love Michael and his music, but his "fan club" is certainly doing a disservice in his name to me and who knows how many other people - that can't be good for his public relations!

I signed up to the premium level in june and have not received anything yet either. I have only contacted them once to remind them but after hearing how long you have waited I am doubting that I'll get mine anytime soon. I agree that Bungalow-B is not up to the standard that I expected for the amont of money I paid. Not only for this package I have not received but also for how infrequently the site is updated, the lack of competitions and the lack of Michaels involvement. I thought that paying $70 australian dollars would have given me something more than the average sites do but I get just as much info on Michael from the free sites. Its nothing personal against Michael himself but what is so exclusive about this Fan club? I am dissapointed.

I would agree with you about BB. I just bought a great Michael Buble mug
off E-bay with a great pic of Michael on it with a nice glossy finish and you can get your
own wording added at no extra cost. It was cheaper than the BB one which is just boring and black
with MB on it and no pic of Michael and it arrived in just 2 days ! The fan club needs to perform better !
