Hi MLB76!! I remember when you originally posted this in '05!! I loved reading it again!! Such a fantastic story The original thread was fantastic. I think I learned more about Michael on that thread that on any interview or article. Between him mouthing dirty words to Ditto at a restaurant (who reads lips) to his endearing comments while a blind woman laid her hands on his face to "see" what he looked like, to your fantastic story of him singing into your car window!! Ahhh... the good 'ol days...

Believe or not I think he is very shy. I think his unshyness comes out when he is on stage.

You know what, I think that's very common for creative people who are good with a crowd. Jerry Seinfeld once said in an interview that he really doesn't like talking to people one-on-one. And I know a woman who is BRILLIANT on stage-- very funny, can hold them in the palm of her hand-- but she literally hides behind her husband at even the smallest parties, and really needs her "alone time." It's like they save it up for the audience

I just LOVE the "carjacking" story... that's just like Michael.

I first met him a very, very long time ago at the Blue Note in
NYC. At the time I was performing on Broadway and my compadre
knew his mom & dad. It was a great way to first meet MB as
it was a very small venue but, BOY, did we LOVE him.

For many, many years not only did his mom & dad remember me but
so did Michael. I have to say that he has always been very sweet,
really generous and extremely good-natured. An all-around great
guy! Oh, and he's really talented too! LOL

lol thats cool i would have been like hey michael u wana go for some late night dinner lol. he is a good guy and went to shis chicago concert and left 10min early =( but hope to meet him in indianapolist if i get to attend. he is funny which i love his personality and he is an amazing singer. xoxo

I have never met Michael, but I want to with everything in me, and ore!!!!! From all the things I've iether watched, or ead, he seems like a great, funny, sexy, easy going, shy, but yet very easy to get along with, and he seems like the type of guy who would love anyone!!!! Hey, michael, want to go for a drive, and balast some music?

I first saw Michael in 2004, tried to get my friend to go to book signing but she wouldnt so I took myself off to children in need concert Manchester it was wonderful had a great weekend xmas shopping too
