Is it possible to get Michael to dedicate a song to me fiancee?

If everything goes as planned, I will be newly engaged on the night of Michael's concert in Des Moines, IA on April 25. Is there any chance of getting him to dedicate a song to me fiancee? How would I contact him (or someone close to him) about that?
