A couple of years ago my parents orederd off the Buble store for christmas presents for me, but they had trobule with the company, something about the billing address was wrong and we never recieved the gifts, leaving me without a christmas present, but this year my boyfriend has ordererd me items from the store and the same has happened again.
Both times we have given the correct address but we dont know why this keeps happening.

Has anyone else from the Uk ever orderd from the store?

If so did you have any trouble?

please any help would be greatly appreciated thankyou!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey how did you get on with your purchase dannii?

well i dont think the money was processed so they didnt take any money off us, but my boyfriend has just re ordered the merch so fingers crossed it works this time.

My email confirming my order for the calendar says they don't take the money from your credit card until they are ready to send out the merchandise, so that might be why you haven't been charged yet.

Also, I would imagine that it's sent out surface mail to the UK and that can take up to about 6 weeks, which is probably why it said to order by some date in November (can't remember which one) to ensure it's here by the New Year. I might be wrong, but it's just a thought.

I think you are right nicx, they say to expect 6-8 weeks for the BB pack to arrive, so I guess it's the same for other merchandise. We just have to sit and wait *lol*
The deadline was Nov 26th if I'm not mistaken.

hello guys, just thought id post to say that my bf has recieved one of the items he bought and another has been shipped, but there was a handleing charge of £12 which is stupid lol!but never mind!

yeah i have had trouble aswell im not sure whats wrong it was while ago but the gifts came about 6 months late.

Aw no 6 monthes late? there is obviously alot of trobule getting stuff from the Buble store to the UK! someone should look into it.

Hi, can anyone please tell me if they have ordered anything from the store and received it in the UK successfully lately? I have just ordered a poster and keyring, but now after reading this topic I'm worried that it won't arrive and that if it does I'll probably have to pay extra handling charges on arrival. All feedback gratefully received, thanks!

Heya - I Bought The Calender A Couple Of Months Ago - And I Recieved It Fine - Took Quite Along Time To Get Here - But I Didnt Have To Pay Anything Extra - Dont Worry You Should Be Fineeee!!
