Chelsea,
I think I remember you posting about that meeting? I may be wrong, but it sounds really familiar.
You have a great time and give him a hug for me, if you are lucky a second time.

Hugs,
D

I'd check with Webster Hall directly (doesn't hurt to make a call if you're traveling a distance to get there). I went to a show recently at Irving Plaza (a similar venue to Webster Hall) to see John Ondrasik and while it was just a concert, there was alcohol being served. They had an ID station in the lobby for those who wished to drink. Once you provided ID, you'd be given their "drinking bracelet" so you could order from the bar during the show. I suspect Webster Hall will do the same thing, but I don't remember their procedures.

BTW - Webster Hall is nowhere near the Broadway district, which is much further uptown (about 30 blocks away). It's near Union Square, which has it's own assortment of stores and restaurants. A favorite restaurant of mine is Republic (at 37 Union Square West) which has big camp-sized tables which is great if a group of you want to meet up. The menu features noodle dishes (think Pad Thai) ranging from $6 - $9. Nice atmosphere, too. Here's the website:

Hey D,

Yes, I was only of the lucky ones who met Michael at the David Foster Gala last September.

I am still in shock. When I found out I won I couldn't stop laughing and crying for ten minutes! I just can't believe that in 4 days I will be in New York City...

I'm sure I'll have a great time, and I'll try to give him that hug from you!

Hey Chelsea - someone just emailed me that you must be 21 or over to attend this event. I would SERIOUSLY call Webster Hall. (I don't know where this person got this info from, or if it is correct, but I'd check.) Good luck!

Hi All,

I have reservations for a hotel room for Saturday night, Sunday night, and Monday night for $155. The hotel is very nice and clean and is on W47th St and Broadway.

I am looking for 2 or 3 people to share the room with me, or if anyone has space in their room for me I would GREATLY appreciate it!!! I'd hate to stay by myself and pay $155 x 3 nights.

Please PM me and let know if anyone has any ideas!
Thanks!!
Jennifer

Chelsea.... Have a fabulous time... I'm sure you will.
Foxy... I'd share your room with you, but all the way on the West Coast and not going. Wish I could, just can't get away right now. Have a great time...
Hugs,
D

I just logged on to my computer and on MSN they have a spotlight on Michael Bublé and it says that you can watch the concert Live on MSN on April 30th. I'll be watching for sure. Just thought I'g let you all know in case you weren't aware. It's 8.30PM EST/5.30PM PST

Here's the link. Hope it works.Michael Bublé Live at Webster Hall

I keep editing my post, sorry. But apparently you can listen to the full album stream on there as well. Sounds good so far.
