just saw the news posted in the NEWS SECTION about the contest to win a trip to see michael in New York ! That sounds spectacular. I'm going to start writing my essay SO IT'S READY when the contest goes live on bungalow B

I wonder if an Aussie has any chance of winning?
I know that it is open to all Bungalow-B members but would they really pick an international to win? After all it would cost them a lot more to fly someone from Aust. or the UK or many other places MB has fans.

I would love to win but I wonder wether there is really any point in entering.

What do you guys think?

I LOVE jazz and my favourite singer is,of course,Michael Bublè,but I also like other kinds of music (except heavy metal...).:-D Besides music,I like: going to the cinema,cooking,reading, sleeping(LOL!).eating (food is a pleasureeee!!I'm mad about pizza,pasta and ice cream!!),meeting new people,swimming and going to the concerts (above all the jazz ones). I LOVE the sea,animals,nature,traveling and I like internet and writing on this WONDERFUL message board! :-D

The contest started now, and I already submited the essay....man it would be awsome to win a trip like that...to see Michael Bublé would be a dream come true.

I entered...and I'm hopeful.
I got married last June, but I couldn't dance at my own wedding...I had to have my parents dance in my place.I had foot surgery and was still recovering.
We never had a honeymoon...with a stepson and my recovery and just financial junk, we think maybe it's best to wait for our first anniversary.
HOWEVER, it would be wonderful to go to New York instead of the hotel in the next town over!!!!

If I manage to win, it'll be my honeymoon...lol..with Michael apparently ( hubby won't mind, it sounded great to him)

it has always been my dream to go to NYC, and i haven't had the chance yet to go to a michael buble concert! it would be AMAZING if i won!!!

oh, and all you essays were under 50 words right? it wasn't much of an essay, more like a short paragraph! LOL!

mine was 49 words...hehe.

Well I've sent of my entry but I don't hold much hope of winning. It's very unlikely they will give the prize to anyone outside USA - it would cost them too much money I would think.

But you never know thye might surprise and you've got to be in it to won and all that!!!

Totally agree Sandy,

I've entered, and happen to think I've written a smashing essay, but why would they bother choose me as the winner? They'd have to pay for flights out of Sydney, and then back to Sydney, and then accomodation, for two people.
It's be easier for them to say "Hey, this is a good essay, but this person will cost us $6,000 as opposed to this person costing us $1,000, so we'll go with the cheaper one."
I think it'd be great though, to see that Bungalow-B is a useful fan site for non-Americans. I don't think they even had an Aussie presale did they?
Anyway, I'm just keeping my fingers crosses and my heart stops everytime the phone rings...

The bungalow -b fanclub is not for American fans only - likewise- I don't believe the contests are for Americans only.

Yes, no winner has been announced, but they did say that the winner would be contacted on Wednesday, and its now Saturday!
Well, its Saturday here anyway...
