How many of you have seen Bon Jovi in concert? I saw them last night for the 7th time and am once again amazed at their show. They were on stage for a little over 2 1/2 hours and Jon was always on the move. I can't imagine how exausted he is at the end of the night. There were over 55,000 people there-what a rush it must be to hear that many people singing your songs.

I saw him 3 times back in the 80's. I was a HUGE fan. I still love him, but not like I used to. I'm glad you had a good time.

They're coming to Pittsburgh tomorrow night for a concert celebrating the Steelers Super Bowl victory! I'm not going, though.

My best friend and her husband are seeing them in concert in Pittsburgh. I have seen them in concert at least 5 or 6 times myself. I love Bon Jovi. I also was hooked on them in the 80s. Nothing existed except them for me. Wanted Dead or Alive is my favorite song. I love how they look like they were done with their show then it goes dark. Then here comes Ritchie walking out with that Black Hat of his on and you just got goosebumps knowing WDOA was about to start!! I wish I was seeing them with my friend.

I have seen Bon Jovi live 12 (count 'em!) times & they never fail to impress me.

Jon & the guys always do their shows with exuberance & unbounding energy, despite being the wrong side of 40!!! Posted Image

I just hope I have their energy when I hit 40!!! Posted Image

I'm hoping the weather will hold up for everyone who is going. I do admit, though, I like some of their music, and the fact that Jon has been married to the same woman for a long time, and in spite of his success, is also a devoted family man.

Still not going, though. I'm staying home and watching Miss Universe -- I love seeing the clothes -- WooWoo!

I agree with you...after all the success, Jon has been with the same woman since he was 18 (and he is now 44) and they have four beautiful kids. That is much more important than concerts or selling records.

They're coming here tonight, and are returning next Saturday -- tonight's show was added because the Saturday show sold out.

I saw Bon Jovi in Australia on January 22nd and they were absolutely brilliant.

This was the first time seeing them and although I was looking forward to seeing
them I wasnt THAT excited....let me tell you after the concert I am hooked.
Never have I seen someone in concert that has so much energy...for a man of 44-45 he is astounding,
he didnt stop!
JBJ is absolutely gorgeous...

I hope they will return to Australia again soon, I will definately be there!

I have seen them many times and was fortunate as
the first concert of theirs I went to I had a friend
who was working with them so I was able to get
a backstage pass...

They are not only VERY talented men (I personally
think that their music SOMEHOW keeps getting even
better - though it was awesome talent to start with)
but they are very friendly, kind and extremely down
to earth people.

I feel that it may be in part because they all have
been in the business for so long and got all of the
really hard kickin rock n' roll bad boy behavior out of
the way early on... the ONLY way they could still be
together and keep bringing us such great stuff is that
they are real guys that are boyhood friends.

So if you ever wrote off Bon Jovi as a hair band from
the 80's and 90's, I urge you to check them out,
especially the newer stuff like Crush. You would
not be disappointed!!!

And to answer you question Mairead, they do VERY
cool stuff with fans from their fan club. We even
got to sit on the stage at a "bar" for most of the
show during one tour. It's a really great fan club
they have with fantastic benefits.
